The Madera County Workforce Investment Board is a collaboration of private and public sector partners whose goal it is to promote the economic prosperity and long term growth through the workforce development system in Madera County.

Goals
The Madera County Workforce Investment Board will strive:

To provide services to job seekers by preparing, training and educating a quality workforce which has the necessary skills and attitudes required by local employers.

To deliver a full-spectrum of business services focused on workforce and economic development.

To actively advocate on all workforce development issues at the local, state and national levels resulting in a stronger workforce investment system.

To continuously improve the local One-Stop system, known as the Madera County Workforce Assistance Center, and to market it as the premier product of the WIB.
