The Workforce Development Office offers a full range of services to benefit employers in Madera County. The focus of these services is to assist local businesses to attract, train, and retain quality employees, while maximizing all available employer incentive programs. Advertising & Pre-screening:
Madera County Workforce Development Office will work with you to locate the most qualified candidates and we will assist you by pre-screening applicants.
Labor Market Information (LMI):
Access employment and economic information such as industry projections, employment statistics, and job trends information.
Interview Facilities

Training Costs Reimbursements
Financial incentives to offset the expense of employing and training program eligible individuals through On-The-Job Training and Work Experience that benefits employers by placing job seekers, eager to learn new skills with an employer which is willing to train.
