The Madera County Workforce Investment Board will strive:
To provide services to job seekers by preparing, training, and educating a quality workforce which has the necessary skills and attitudes required by local employers.
To deliver a full-spectrum of business services focused on workforce and economic development.
To actively advocate on all workforce development issues at the local, state and national levels resulting in a stronger workforce investment system.
To continuously improve the local One-Stop system, known as the Madera County Workforce Assistance Center, and to market it as the premier product of the WIB.
